Hauteruruku ki Puketeraki Manatōpū is a community and whānau based waka society in Karitāne focused on connecting members and whānau to the awa and moana through heritage of kā waka and Te Ao Takaroa. This kaupapa is embodied by engaging with these environments using waka anua, waka ama and stand up paddle boards. Learning how to be safe and responsible Kaitiaki of our beautiful places, waka,and above all else having fun!
